AB-InBev relaunches Eu6bn rights issue
Anheuser-Busch InBev, the newly formed global brewer, is again taking aim at the equity capital market with its Eu6.36bn rights issue, a deal which was postponed only five weeks ago. So far, things have gone well — Belgian family shareholders yesterday completed a Eu1.2bn share placement and the shares rallied 16%. Read EuroWeek on Friday for full coverage of the deal.
