RBS to come flat to Ireland
Royal Bank of Scotland intends to price a dual tranche government backed euro and sterling transaction tomorrow at a level flat to the Republic of Ireland. Market sources understand that the deals are being whispered at 25bp area over mid-swaps, which makes the pricing flat to where Ireland priced its Eu4bn three year yesterday.
