Lukoil the latest to flex
Russian oil group Lukoil has amended its $610m syndicated loan in a further illustration of the lack of demand for emerging market corporate debt. The deal, which was not underwritten, might be reduced and the margins and fees have been increased. Bankers close to the deal insisted, however, that five lenders are still keen to commit.
