Deutsche returns to Samurai market after long lay-off

Deutsche Bank returned to the Samurai bond market for the first time in over three years at the end of last week, raising ¥80bn ($952m) from a deal that got a good response from investors — and offered the German bank a stable source of funding amid the turmoil last week.
