Woori holds firm after KDIC sells stake for $751m
Shares in Woori Finance Holdings slipped 2.2% on Tuesday after state-run Korea Deposit Insurance Corp said it had sold a 7% stake in the banking group for $751m. But the stock held firm above the placement price as investors welcomed news of the sell-down.
