Psalm set to close first leg of bond swap with new issue
The Philippines’ Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp, or Psalm, was set to raise as much as $600m from a new 2024 bond in New York trading last night in a deal that sits alongside an exchange offer for shorter-dated debt.
