CS underwrites Fondiaria, Premafin offers
Fondiaria-Sai Group, the Italian insurer, and Premafin, one its owners, announced rights issue plans on Tuesday as the company recovers from losses. Credit Suisse has underwritten the deals on a volume basis and they should launch subject to EGM approvals in February 2011.
