JPM fires up Imagination
Imagination Technologies Group, the London listed software firm, raised £37.8m from a quick-fire placement on Wednesday in a deal helping to fund a recent acquisition. JPMorgan served as sole-bookunner for the transaction, placing 12.21m shares (5% of the issuer’s share capital) at £3.10 each, a 4.6% discount to the previous close.
