Psalm moves to extend debt with bond swap, new notes
The Philipppines' Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp, or Psalm, launched a $1.2bn financing on Monday that gives investors the chance to switch from short-dated bonds into a new 15 year benchmark.
