Russia’s Otkritie recruits to boost international business

Russian brokerage Otkritie has hired two senior staff in what it is billing as the first steps in an international expansion strategy. Howard Snell, formerly Troika Dialog’s UK chief executive, and Nicholas Richmond, head of Russian trading at JPMorgan, started at the brokerage last month.
