BBVA keeps fees and discount down on Eu5.1bn rights issue
BBVA has signed up eight bookrunners to underwrite a Eu5.1bn rights issue to support the acquisition of stake in Turkey’s Garanti bank that it announced on Tuesday. The line-up has been put in place in spite of the skinny fees on offer.
