Orascom aims for Egypt’s second largest deal
Mobile network operator Orascom Telecom Holding is planning a rights issue of up to E£4.4bn ($800m) to be launched in February 2010. The deal, if completed, would be the second largest equity offer on Egypt’s Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange, following the E£4.9bn IPO of Telecom Egypt in December 2005.
