Russian issuers have begun 2011 with a roar as coking coal firm Koks, pump producer HMS Hydraulic Machines and Systems, steel pipe maker Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant and gold miner Nord Gold this week launched deals worth more than $3bn in total.
