Loan backing for PolymerLatex
UK chemicals group Yule Catto plans to raise £210m of credit facilities to part fund its acquisition of German latex maker PolymerLatex from TowerBrook. The group is to take out a £150m euro denominated term loan and a £60m revolving credit facility, in addition to a rights issue that will raise around £225m.
