Indonesian government’s Mandiri rights on sale
Equity syndicate bankers opened the books to the Indonesian government’s entitlement to a rights issue from Bank Mandiri on Wednesday. The rights issue looks set to dilute the government’s stake by around 10%, the latest example of Indonesia’s attempt to privatise state assets.
