BES completes acquisition of Execution stake
Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, the investment banking arm of the bank, this week completed the acquisition of 50.1% of UK brokerage Execution Noble in a deal that gives BESI access to the broker’s equities, derivatives and fixed income business.
