Citi, UBS win Poland’s BGZ mandate
Poland’s Ministry of Treasury mandated Citi and UBS to act as global co-ordinators for the sale of its 37% stake in Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej (BGZ), in a deal scheduled for the “end of the first half of 2011.” PKO and Banco Espirito Santo will act as domestic bookrunners.
