Covered bonds set for busiest week ever
The covered bond market is paying no heed to the holiday-shortened week and looks set to experience its busiest week ever. By mid-week, 14 deals had been announced, of which nearly half had priced. But although books were comfortably oversubscribed, they were not multiple times covered and, with issuers fiercely competing for investor attention, they were paying careful attention to pricing.
