Nyrstar finances M&A with launch of Eu490m rights issue
Nyrstar, the Belgium-based zinc firm, launched a Eu490m rights issue on Thursday, in a deal that was pre-underwritten by Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs when the company announced a large Canadian mining acquisition in November.
