Popolare, Marfin complete Eu2.5bn deals
Italy’s Banco Popolare completed its Eu2bn rights issue on Monday when it revealed a 99.812% take-up level for the transaction. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Mediobanca were joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners along with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
