Revenues up, bonuses down at UBS
Rising investment bank revenues helped UBS report group revenues of Sfr7.12bn in the fourth quarter, up 17% from the same period in 2009. Pre-tax profits rose 27% to Sfr1.2bn. However, the bank has cut its bonus pool by 10% from last year and outlined a strict policy on bonus deferral.
