ChelPipe falls as Nord Gold nears end
Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChelPipe) blamed “unusual market conditions” as it called off its $550m IPO on Thursday. EM equity specialists are now sceptical that Nord Gold has much chance of completing its $1bn deal after books close on Thursday afternoon.
