Poland picks four for JSW coal IPO
Poland revealed its mandated banks for the Zl5bn ($1.7bn) June IPO of Silesian coal mining firm JSW this week, while also firming up details of its remaining sale of stock in PKO Bank Polski. Citi, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and UniCredit will act as joint global coordinators. PKO Bank Polski, Ipopema Securities, Société Générale and BRE Bank will also be bookrunners.
