Tata Steel closes $335m hybrid with bank support
Tata Steel became the first Indian corporation to sell hybrid bonds at the end of last week, raising Rp15bn ($335.6m) from a domestic issue that was bought by the leads. It was only the fourth hybrid bond ever sold by an Asian company, and the first issued in a domestic market.
