Top Spring overcomes sceptics, prices IPO at bottom of range
Top Spring International overcame scepticism about Chinese property companies and priced its HK$1.557bn ($199.7m) initial public offering this week. But the company made some concessions to negative sentiment about the sector, pricing the deal at the bottom of its indicated price range.
