SSA tone strong despite Japanese disaster
The European Union’s decision to go ahead with its Eu4.6bn seven year transaction has given succour to a fragile European sovereign, supranational and agency bond market. Market participants had feared that the terrible events in Japan would shut the market down, like it has the FIG and corporate bond sectors.
