Tui prices mid-range
Travel firm Tui priced a Eu339m convertible bond on Tuesday evening after an institutional bookbuild and will now offer the deal to shareholders who can subscribe for the next two weeks. Long-only investors made up a big — around two thirds — proportion of a well over-subscribed book.
