Williams prices Eu60m Frankfurt IPO
Williams Grand Prix Holdings priced a Eu60m IPO at the bottom of a revised price range on Tuesday. The shares will begin trading on Frankfurt’s entry standard market on Wednesday. The all-secondary deal comprised 2.41m of the company’s 10m shares, including a 330,000 share greenshoe.
