Russian Heli releases range for $500m privatisation IPO
Russian Helicopters on Tuesday opened the books for a London and Moscow IPO, keeping to a timetable for the deal that spans public holidays in Europe and the UK. The company is hoping to become the only pure-play helicopter listing globally. As such, peer comparisons will take in broader aerospace and defence groups as well as other state-controlled Russian companies.
