If at first… Sevan finally finishes
Final details of ultra-deep water drilling company Sevan Drilling’s IPO were unclear as EuroWeek went to press but despite fears that the deal would be withdrawn following an exodus of investors after a second re-pricing, the troubled float has completed, according to a banker involved in the deal. The shares of its parent, Seven Marine earlier rebounded 8.8% on Wednesday after slumping 10.5% on Tuesday when the market responded to the latest change of terms in the deal.
