Bank of Georgia joins tender trend
Bank of Georgia has joined the recent flurry of buyback offers from developed and emerging market credits with an offer for up to $100m of its $200m 2012 loan participation notes. The bank will cancel all the debt it purchases, plus $52.318m of the illiquid 9% deal that it already holds.
