Manitoba and Hamburg shrug off market worries
Issuance has been quiet, not helped by the ratings outlook downgrade of the US that kicked off the week and further worries over the likelihood of peripheral sovereign debt restructuring in Europe. The only two SSA deals so far this week have come from the Province of Manitoba and Hamburg.
