Aareal Bank launched a Eu269m rights issue on Thursday with its largest shareholder conducting an operation blanche in order to participate, selling enough rights to fund the exercise of its remaining rights. A quick book build priced 4.99m ex-rights shares at Eu20.50 each with the operation multiple times oversubscribed.
