Third time lucky Ferrexpo finds 144A takers
Ferrexpo finally got its $500m debut away at the third time of asking this week, issuing its Reg S/144A five year at a yield of 7.875%. Lead managers JP Morgan Cazenove, Morgan Stanley and UBS had earlier released price whispers of the 8.25% area for the Ukrainian iron ore producer’s note.
