Cass panel members slam MiFID II proposals

Panel members at Cass Business School’s Competition in Wholesale Financial Markets event this week attacked proposed reforms to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). The proposals would mean that markets in OTC products such as bonds and derivatives could be forced to offer equity-like transparency.
