FdR completes Ornane bookbuild, to price Thursday
Fonciere des Regions, the Eu4bn market-capitalisation property firm, began selling an up-to Eu550m Ornane bond on Monday. It is the first new equity-linked supply from Europe for a month and should have appeal for outright and hedge fund buyers, said bankers.
