Emirates makes rare sub-senior swap offer
Emirates Bank is offering a bond swap to holders of two of its subordinated issues. The bank is looking to exchange its two 2016 bonds — callable in October and December — into seven year senior floating rate notes. The FRN’s terms will be set around May 18.
