Islamic Development Bank tests water for $700m five year sukuk

Funding officials from Islamic Development Bank were meeting investors in Asia this week, ahead of a potential sukuk deal. BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered arranged the meetings, which could lead to a five year Islamic bond worth $500m-$700m.
