Prada closes $2.14bn IPO, but retail investors turn away
Italian fashion company Prada raised HK$16.7bn ($2.14bn) from its Hong Kong IPO on Friday, pricing the deal in the lower half of its range after weak support from retail investors and tax demands from the Italian tax authorities.
