Prada is expected to price its HK$20.3bn ($2.6bn) Hong Kong IPO on Friday. But the Italian company’s punchy valuation, tough tax regulations and the poor performance of Samsonite’s recent listing pushed several investors to withdraw orders in the final moments, said bankers away from the deal.
