HK, Italian officials talk tax treaty as Prada aims to close

Hong Kong and Italian officials are in discussions about setting up a tax agreement that will make it easier for Italian companies to list in Hong Kong. But it will be too late for fashion company Prada, which was struggling to generate demand from retail investors for its IPO as EuroWeek Asia went to press. Pricing is expected on Friday.
