Australian miner Resourcehouse pulled its Hong Kong IPO last weekend, blaming volatile market conditions for a muted response to the $3.5bn deal. But few bankers were surprised the deal failed to generate much demand, agreeing that there were too many conditions and uncertainties for investors to swallow.
