OSIM massages hedge funds with S$120m debut convertible
Singapore-listed OSIM made its debut in the convertible bond market on Tuesday night, raising S$120m ($97.3m) from a deal that drew strong demand from hedge funds who were able to benefit from an easily available stock borrow to hedge their positions.
