All-star Vallares launches with support
Vallares, the second Nat Rothschild cash shell and third in the same Credit Suisse-designed structure, launched a £1bn offer on Thursday in a deal that has already brought in investor support. The company has an all-star cast of founders, directors and management led by chief executive Tony Hayward.
