Hong Kong electricity company CLP Power is considering returning to the dollar bond market this month, and has picked four banks to manage a deal. But debt bankers expect the next wave of supply to come from Korean borrowers: Kookmin Bank, Korea Finance Corp, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and Nonghyup Bank, also known as National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, are all considering launching their own issues.
