Korean bond supply swells as KHNP, Kookmin eye market

Two Korean borrowers, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) and Kookmin Bank, are planning to launch international bonds, adding to a pipeline that already includes potential issues from two other highly-regarded Korean issuers. But the country’s finance ministry has a strong reputation of playing "traffic cop", and bankers think the possibility of competing supply is limited.
