Infrastructure push at Merrill

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is moving Mike Turnbull, its head of European corporate debt capital markets, to a new role specialising in infrastructure finance. Pascal Bay, who has been running corporate DCM in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, will take over Turnbull’s job. He will remain based in Paris, but spend at least two days a week in London.
