Despite the country's rapid economic advance, its corporate bond market is still seen as small, restricted and illiquid. Much of the blame is down to uncertainty between regulators and the central bank over just who is in charge. India needs to develop a cohesive strategy, and soon, or its corporates could soon run out of funding options, writes Elliot Wilson.
