Poland prepares $1bn property IPO
Poland on Wednesday revealed details of a Zl2.6bn ($930m) property fund that the ministry of treasury plans to IPO later in the year. PHN Group has been stitched together in recent months from several state-owned companies with property assets and the ministry plans to eventually sell the whole group. Banks are yet to be appointed for the IPO.
