L&T Finance preps timely IPO in India
L&T Finance Holdings, an Indian financial services company, will start bookbuilding for an initial public offering next week that could raise up to $350m. The company hopes to capitalise on its strong brand name and recent improvements in the domestic stock markets — and wants to get the deal done before the August slowdown.
